Listen to your body!
Throughout
the first trimester of my pregnancy, the doctor told me that there are
virtually three main reasons for why I would feel sick and dizzy sometimes: low
sugar level, poor blood circulation or not enough oxygen. These factors are critical
for the baby’s development, and at that early stage of pregnancy, my body was
like an emergency room; everything should be provided within the briefest delay
as the life of a little creature was at stake.

How workout changed my body and my life
Basically we are animals, we are meant to stay
connected to nature, move and make physical effort in order to survive.
Therefore, being inactive for a long period of time will automatically result in
mental illness, dysfunction and weakness in our body. We keep hearing this undeniable
and obvious information over and over everywhere; on the radio, the television,
the internet… while feeling sick, powerless and helpless. We are the kind of
society that embraces everything that is happening to it, if it’s good we
flaunt it to impress and consider ourselves lucky, and if it’s bad, we endure
it and do absolutely nothing to make it better. We undergo things convinced
that there is no need to change and that it's meant to be that way.

When society crushes down our individuality!
We’ve been told since our childhood, that the only way
to live a comfortable and secure life is by getting good grades, having a good-paying
decent job, rising through the ranks, and saving some money or taking out loans,
to eventually achieve the ultimate purpose of life and that is: settling in a nice
house, buying a fancy car, purchasing clothes and goodies, and living happily ever
after.
